40-ton Weighbridge
The 40-ton weighbridge produced by Chongqing BINCEN mainly consists of one or two full steel structure scales, 4-6 weighing sensors, and one weighing instrument. Used for weighing and measuring cargo vehicles weighing up to 40 tons in ports, airports, mines, metallurgy, material warehouses, and factories and enterprises. It has the characteristics of a simple structure, convenient installation, high integration level, and good long-term stability.

The mechanical structure of the 40-ton weighbridge body adopts a U-shaped beam, which is reasonable in structure, saves materials, and has strong rigidity. Welding adopts carbon dioxide-shielded continuous welding seam, with a fully sealed cavity and corrosion resistance. The construction process is simple and fast. The design of the sensor and the overlapping parts of multiple scales is reasonable and clever, making maintenance and repair extremely convenient.
