FS3198-C48-009 special weighing controller is a special weighing controller customized by our company based on C41-009 and C48-009 weighing controllers according to the requirements of the weighing process in which the on-site hopper is grabbed to the hopper scale and the hopper scale is put into the container.

Control implementation path:

  • The special weighing controller instrument is responsible for weight acquisition and processing, carrying out multi-bucket loading according to the set weight, and the system has associated lock control, communicating with the computer to receive computer commands;
  • The computer is only responsible for inputting the container loading parameters, downloading the container loading amount to the weighing controller, and displaying the relevant information of the electronic scale (current weight, actual container loading amount, bucket times, unloading door status, infrared light shielding status), storing the container loading information, actual loading weight, statistical query, and printing reports, etc. The computer does not participate in the control.
