Classification by Data Transmission Method

(1) Single-side direct viewing electronic hook scale

• One side direct viewing electronic hook scale is a new type of weighing equipment that integrates weighing body, sensor, and power supply. It can be directly hung on the crane hook to complete loading, unloading, and weighing at the same time. The display screen is an ultra-high brightness LED or LCD, and the numbers are visible within 25 meters.
• The structure of a direct viewing electronic scale is composed of three parts: a weighing sensor, weighing body, and weighing display controller. They are powered by rechargeable batteries. The electronic scale can be hung on the hook of the hoisting machinery for weighing, and the weight after weighing can be directly displayed on the electronic scale. The weighing reading needs to be operated on-site.
• To adapt to the special use of customers, the Crane Scale can also be equipped with wireless large-screen reception, with a visual transmission distance of up to 500 meters for remote monitoring. The system adopts micropower communication technology to meet the requirements of the National Radio Regulatory Commission. The scale body is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy shell, with a light structure and convenient operation.

(2) Wireless data transmission electronic hanging scale

The wireless digital electronic series hanging scale transmits the weighing data to the ground display through the radio, which greatly facilitates the use of the scale. At the same time, the series of scales can also conveniently print, store, and transmit the weighing results to the computer or the large screen.
