Packaging Process

• Manual bag hanging: The packaging bag is manually hung on the conveyor.
• Start button: The start button is pressed to initiate the packaging process.
• Material feeding: The material in the silo is transported into the packaging bag through the screw conveyor.
• Simultaneous feeding: The large and small screws work together to quickly feed the material.
• Weight control: When the material approaches the set weight, the large screw stops and the small screw continues to feed slowly.
• Accurate packaging: The small screw stops when the target weight is reached, ensuring high packaging accuracy.

Packaging with Weighing Hopper(Optional)

• Material weighing: The material is placed in a weighing hopper and weighed.
• Manual placement: The weighed material is manually placed in the packaging pocket.
• Clamp opening: The clamp automatically opens to complete the filling process.

Post-Filling Processes

• Conveying: The filled packaging is conveyed by a belt conveyor.
• Sewing: The packaging passes through a sewing machine.
• Thread completion: The sewing thread is completed, finalizing the packaging process.
