Setting of Flow Parameters (Qh 1C 1d)
Set on the customized FS3198-C41-009:
1) Hourly flow | qh (kg/h) (no decimal) |
2) Single feeding amount threshold | 1C (5-20kg) (the decimal is the same as the real-time weight) |
3) Last weight advance error | 1d (initially set as 0.5kg) (the decimal is the same as the real-time weight) |
Special Controller for Hopper Type Flow Control Scale Control Process and Algorithm
- When pressing “Storage/Calibration” in the main menu (qh 1C 1d), the instrument automatically calculates: 1n 1t 2C 2d
Hourly feeding times nh (integer times): | 1n=qh ÷ 1C (integer times for 1n, no decimal) |
Single feeding time: | 1t=3600 seconds/1n (xxx. xxS) |
Calculate the target weight correction value of the initial weight control: | 2C=qh/1n (the decimal is the same as the real-time weight) |
Initial advance of cycle control: | 2d=1d (the decimal is the same as the real-time weight) |
Note: 1n 1t 2C 2d (3 bytes) is queried in the 98052 menu |
- Customized FS3198-C41-009 instrument control belt feeding process
- Start, set parameter: @ IM_ IC= @XM_ 2C @IM_ ID = @XM_ 2D
- The controller automatically peels the first
- Then press 2C and 2d to control the belt feeding: control algorithm: stop feeding when the weight is ≥ (2C – 2d), and wait for the end of air feeding to obtain the actual feeding weight W
- At the end of feeding, calculate the control parameters of the next cycle:
a) Weight error: | Δ W = W – 2C |
b) Cumulative feeding: | LE+=W, cumulative times: Ln+=1 |
c) Automatically calculate the next cycle control weight target value 2C: | IC=2C- Δ W Purpose: The weight error of the last cycle is automatically corrected in the next cycle to ensure that the flow is close to the set value and reduce the cumulative error of flow control. |
d) Automatically correct the next cycle lead d: | Id new=2d old+ Δ W × 2÷3 Purpose: The advance of the next cycle ensures that the target weight is close to the accuracy each time, and the target weight does not fluctuate or oscillate. |
- Next feeding: repeat the above 2)… 4) process, and the weight error of each cycle will be automatically corrected in the next cycle to ensure that the cumulative flow and each single bucket target are accurate

Normal Batching Operation of Special Controller for Hopper Type Flow Control Scale
- Control algorithm: stop feeding when the weight is ≥ (2C – 2d), wait for the end of air feeding, and obtain the actual feeding weight W
- At the end of feeding, calculate the control parameters of the next cycle:
a) Weight error: | Δ W = W – 2C; |
b) Cumulative feeding: | LE+=W, cumulative times: Ln+=1; |
