What Is Weighing Ingredient System?

Using FS3198-C31-009, C48-009-C41-009, and C49 weighing display controllers, we can form a variety of weighing and batching control systems. The weighing ingredient system can be used for weighing and batching systems of mixing plants. These scales include aggregate scales (1~4 kinds), cement scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), fly ash scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), water scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), additive scales (1~3 kinds of material ingredients), etc. They can also be used for the weighing and batching control system of multiple scales in factories and enterprises.

1. Simple weighing and batching control cabinet — FS3198-C41, C49 small batching control cabinet:

The FS3198-C4 weighing display controller is suitable for the electronic batching scale of feeding, weighing, batching, and unloading in various ways. The electronic batching scale does not need PLC control. It is commonly used for aggregate batching machines in 2-4 bins of construction machinery, cement scale, water scale, additive scale, etc., to reduce manual batching error, improve batching efficiency, and batching quality, reduce workload, and save labor costs. The FS3198-C41-009 weighing and batching control cabinet, with very accurate, stable, and reliable performance, is an excellent product in the domestic construction machinery batching industry and is widely used in domestic highway, railway, port, wharf construction, high-rise building construction, factory batching, etc. It has a history of nearly 10 years, and the product has also been updated to the fourth or fifth generation, which is more advanced, stable, reliable, and easy to use than the first generation.

2. Applicable universal feeding and unloading mechanism:

3. Batching centralized console for the construction industry (using C31, C41, C48 and other weighing display controllers)

• 1 Mixer+1 aggregate scale+1 cement scale: It realizes electronic scale feeding and batching, scale unloading, mixer hopper lifting, regular mixing and concrete unloading, and fully automatic control.
• 1 Mixer+1 aggregate scale+1 cement scale+1 water scale: It realizes electronic scale feeding and batching, scale unloading, mixer hopper lifting, regular mixing and concrete unloading, and fully automatic control.
• 1 Mixer+1 aggregate scale+1 cement scale+1 water scale+1 additive scale: It realizes electronic scale feeding and batching, scale unloading, mixer hopper lifting, regular mixing and concrete unloading, and fully automatic control.
• 2 Mixers+1 aggregate scale+2 cement scale+2 water scale+2 water scale: Fully automatic batching is realized. After the aggregate scale is equipped, manually press the left and right buttons for unloading. The left and right high-level scales trigger the high-level travel switch with the hopper of the mixer for automatic unloading. The mixer mixes and unloads concrete regularly.

Specification of Weighing Ingredient System

• The static accuracy is ± 0.05% of full scale, and the dynamic control accuracy is ± 0.5, ± 1, ± 2% of full scale.
• Sensor interface: 1~6 load cells can be provided, and the sensor cable is 4~6 shielded wires with a length of ≤ 50 meters.
• Including the “start, stop, left unloading, right unloading” long line isolation drive interface of the handheld operator, and the cable length of the handheld operator can be reliably operated within 100m.
• The instrument displays 7 bits, 10 LED display states, and 24 instrument operation keys, which are intuitive to operate, easy to use, and convenient to debug.
• FS3198-C4x: Four-channel feeding (single speed or double speed, including correction and underweight feeding) control, single/two-way unloading control;
• FS3198-C5x: five-channel feeding (single speed, including correction and underweight feeding) control, single/two-way unloading control.
• Four-channel batching control cabinet: fixed 4-channel dual speed batching cabinet for weighing hopper, and mobile 4-channel single speed batching cabinet for weighing hopper.
• The weighing controller of the weighing ingredient system can store 100 formulas with an RS232 serial interface. If the RS232 serial interface printer is connected, the automatic batching can be set to print the batching results after the automatic batching is completed; The formula can be printed and the accumulated weight of each channel can be printed.

With different software, “FS3198-C4 weighing and batching controller” can be used to:

• Fixed 4-bin single-speed batching machine with weighing bucket (using FS3198-C41 controller).
• Fixed 4-bin double-speed batching machine with weighing bucket (FS3198-C42 controller).
• Weighing bucket mobile 4-bin single-speed batching machine (FS3198-C4v controller is adopted).
• Batching control of cement scale, water scale, and additive scale (using FS3198-C41 controller).
